Methods of Montages

I never knew that there were methods of montages, and all of them are quite interesting. It goes in debt where it sounds like its talking about a music sheet rather than something with film, like using the terms tone, or rhythm. However we can tell that montages are like music sheets because they follow a particular set of process and time.
I understand how music works so it was pretty easy to put that into a film montage. Montages will require the transitions of scenes or how much is being shown, just like music transitions of how fast or how slow tempo is, or how loud or quiet a certain measure should be.
